"I've been purchasing from Reformation…"
I've been purchasing from Reformation for the past 4+ years. I've never been confused about items being final sale - it states pretty clearly in the item description. And yes, they are pretty strict about no returns/exchanges/price adjustments on sale items (I tried once in the past to get a price adjustment and was denied) but that's just the risk you take buying final sale, many companies have these policies so this shouldn't be surprising.
FYI Nordstrom and Shopbop and several other retailers carry Reformation, sometimes at a discount, so if you're worried about returns shop there instead since they have more generous policies.

"Beautiful bride"
Never faced an issue with this company. Their dresses made me look like the most beautiful bride. My husband cried after seeing me in my dress and it was such a heartfelt moment. Thank you so much for the amazing services and the amazing dress.
